Tokenization of carbon emission quotas from IBM, Veridium Labs and Stellar

IBM largest IT giant, in conjunction with Veridium Labs fintech-startup, which specializes in environmental solutions, plans to tokenize carbon emission quotas through Stellar's blockchain. Such quotas are used by companies whose production is associated with environmental pollution. Revenues from the sale of Verde tokens will be used to revive 65-hectare forests on the island of Borneo. To implement the project, Stellar's public network will be used, which will make the project accessible to a lot of people all over the world.
